In the USA it's 1800SAMSUNG but given the price of the kit and dubious results I rarely see anyone get one. Most will go get a Roku.

Hi all,
I have a 2013 Samsung UN65F8000BFXZA LED tv. I installed the SEK2000 EVO kit about a month ago, last night, I tried watching a 3d blu ray but it would not display in 3d. At first I thought it was the player itself so I tried an older 3d player and the results were the same. Upon looking in settings menu, I noticed that 3d was defaulted to off so I turned it on. After selecting 2d-3d. I noticed that the left half of the screen was 2d and the right half was flickering between 2d and 3d. it didn't matter which setting was selected, the results were the same. Also, 3d turns itself of automatically. I had to turn it on each time and always the screen was half 2d and half flickering between 2d and 3d. The 3d glasses do connect but the picture never goes to 3d. Can I remove the evo and set the system back to factory defaults, if so would someone please tell me how? All of the products are Samsung.
