3com ethernet controller/USB and SM BUS controller

Hi everybody,

I have just reinstalled Xindows Xp, all is fine apart from a yellow question mark ( device manager manager) on my ethernet controller, BUS controller and USB controller.
I have looked for drivers everywhere and i could not find them. I only found the 3com one, I think it's the right one, but did not manage to install it..
I have a Asus A7N8X2.
I really don't know what to do anymore.
