3 year old somehow locked my taskbar

Mar 16, 2004 4:47PM PST

my 3 year old somehow locked my taskbar where i cannot resize it back doen to normal size. right now it is just twice the size it would normally be (or 2 bars thick). ive right clicked and "lock taskbar is not checked. ive checked and unchecked with no success.
I CAN however adjust the size of the taskbar LARGER. but if i try and drag it down it disappears completely as if it were dragged down below the screen. when i adjust it back up fom there it goes straight to the 2 bar thickness instead of the default 1. anyone know what would cause this? as far as i know she was sitting here pressing all kind of buttons on the keyboard....

anyone know what would cause this?!

You need to resize it by dragging the top edge back down.

? System Restore to the rescue ?
? Run sfc /checknow with The WinXP installation CD in.

When things get back to normal, lock the task bar.
