I know this sounds silly, but do you have three hard drives in this PC or just one hard drive with three partitions?

Most of the time it's restore areas, Windows own boot and rollback area and not much new to be discussed that isn't on the web.

You're not supposed to tinker with those for reasons well batted around but if you insist, a great way to learn about it.

Hi
To clarify, its only 1 Hard Drive that is showing 3 partitions, 2 of the partitions are not labeled with the main partition being c drive, i would paste a screen shot but this forum will not let me. So the disk manager shows three volumes. 1st unlabeled volume is 1,46 GB healthy (EISA configuration) 100% free, 2nd healthy unlabeled volumes is 5.64 GB (primary healthy Partition) 100% free, the third is C 141 GB (system, boot......etc). C is the only volume that is labelled. Right clicking on the unlabeled volumes doest give any options except to delete them, which i will not do.

Which is proper.

Recovery systems need another partition so recovery could have forgotten to hide it well.
