hi I have the edirol working with the shure e3c
the earphones are very sensitivy when you connected
to the r1 even with zero volume you can hear a background hiss but when the music starts is innaudible
you need very low output from the r1 to get a big sound Beware you adjust the correct volune BEFORE you start the music or you will jump 3 meters and you could just injure your hearing.
About the use of the e3c you need patience and use the
correct adaptor for your personal ear size it is very
important that you get a correct sealing or you will get no music lows if you get this you will get a precise mids vocals good bass (not so big but nice and solid with a very good damping) the hight are pleasent for comparation I use MY old senheizer HD580's
audiphile headphones from a sacale of 10 the e3c were about 8 and the hd580 were 10
at the end the e3c are very recommended
clasic
Hi,
I was just wondering which earphone would be the best overall sound for me.
It's down to these 3 models:
Etymotic ER-6
Etymotic ER-6i
Shure E3c
The problem about the 6i is that its white and Im going to be getting the iAudio X5 which is black, so then it wont match=S but then does the sound make up for it?
Then for the E3c I dont really know anything about it. If there is something else out that around the same price as these earphones please tell me. Hope to hear from you...thanks
