Model Number?
I'm seeing two different flavors of that psu.
One is a quad rail the other a single rail.
If you picked the single rail then you should be good to go.
If you picked the quad rail that could be trouble.

Answer
Let's see where that CPU is on the list.

CPU: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106.html

"CPUs priced over $240 offer rapidly diminishing returns when it comes to gaming performance."

I'd pull that back to the i5 listed.

GPU: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107.html

"The 980 Ti’s 6GB is much better suited to the latest 4K displays"

Your display is 1080. Overkill. I'd move back a page to the 970 4GB.

SSD: With the savings I would drop the HDD and get a 1TB SSD and some 1TB USB 3.0 HDDs for cloning/backups.

CASE: I'm not a fan of expensive cases.
