Question

2GB vs 4GB graphics card

Aug 3, 2015 1:47PM PDT

Hi, im currently looking at buying a gaming laptop for under about £900($1400). I think i have narrowed it down to two laptops.
1) Lenovo Y50 Ideapad-http://shop.lenovo.com/gb/en/laptops/lenovo/y-series/y50/#tab-techical_specifications
2) ASUS ROG GL551JW-DS71 -http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00T7XRH2A/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00T7XRH2A&linkCode=as2&tag=topt01a-20&linkId=IQCUPNIWOVXV2VUF

What im not sure about is the difference video ram! If i purchase a laptop which's video card only has 2GB will i see it run out in the next year as games become harder to run?

Any thoughts would be appreciated,
Felix.
