Thanks for your timely response to my inquiry. It would be great if Wirefly's customer service department responded as well. They are difficult to reach. If they do respond their foreign English is tough for me to interpret what, if anything they will do to resolve problems. The web site that states 14-16 work days after mail date is on my rebate forms. It is http://www.rebate-zone.com/wireless. If you could expedite my two rebates I would be grateful. I am 74 years old & need the promised $340. rebates monies for taxes prior to April 15.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
