I've been assigned to present on what 3 digital products or services that I believe will have the biggest impact on how small-mid size companies do business in 2018.

Any starting points or tips at all?

I read this as that you have been assigned to tell what YOU think the 3 digital products or services will have the biggest impact. It seems you think you have been assigned to tell what the CNET members think about this question. That's something different.

Anyway, one of our unwritten policies is to NOT help with homework and other school assignments. So I dont' expect any answers here. There's nothing wrong with your doing your own research. In fact, that's the purpose of such assignments.

I shouldn't mention Google Glass, since Google last week made it clear they don't know what to do with the project. Unless, of course, you think it will still have a big impact.

Since the question is what you believe then how much easier can this get?

I believe students are getting too easy assignments in 2015.
