2000 jeep cherokee brake light problem

My brake lights do not work in my 2000 jeep cherokee. I have already replaced the pedal switch. That did not solve the problem.
I visually inspected all the fuses in the kick pannel under the dash and they all looked good. I don't have a manual or a map of which fuse controls the brakes. Would anyone happen to know exacly which one, and anything else I could try. I just bought it and have never
had a jeep before.
