Question

2 small desktops, 1 notebook and 1 tablet for $2000

I am trying to get the following computer equipment:for an organization I belong to: 2 small desktops, 1 notebook, and 1 tablet. We have about $2000 to spend. So are we are considering 2 small Dell desktops at $429 each, one Dell notebook at $399 and one tablet at $409 (See below). Does anyone have any better ideas? How about getting inexpensive monitors, keyboards, mouse and other accessories.
I would like to hear from all my "techie" friends who know more about this than I do.

why deal with several places if warranty comes into play, easier to deal with one, especially if most items already will be purchased there. It also removes the main player from claiming some other device they didn't supply is responsible for some problem that might occur later. Consider it's an "organization" and easier to just say "call Dell" to whomever is taking care of equipment.

At the office there has been no desktop purchases for a few years. Just get laptops. Chain them to the desk if necessary. That way you get more than one of the same machine. Long term having all the same pays off.

As to the Venue 11. I'm going with do not buy. It's no PC and folk I know don't care for that model. I'm going to write you'll waste the budget. Get another laptop and tell the person that wanted it the org doesn't do tablets.
