1. Start, Run, MSConfig, SysConfig, Services, has.... "WEBCLIENT" with Status ..."STOP PENDING".

I have never noticed ... "Stop Pending" before. Why would it be PENDING?

2. ControlPanel, ADD/REMOVE has "BroadJump Client Foundation". (a 15.59 mb file)
I have no idea what BroadJump Client Foundation is. Doing a SEARCH of all drives, does not bring up anything at all.

So, any ideas what BroadJump Client Foundation is, and why does it not show up in the SEARCH window?

Hi Larry,

Don't have Cox, but do have SBC Yahoo DSL. Went to the 2nd address you gave and found that Yahoo puts it in the computer too.

Based on the google info, I uninstalled it, deleted it from C, PROGRAMS, and deleted it in Registry.

Wonder why Win XP "search" did NOT find Broadjump. Tried search for broadjump 3 times before my first post and it did not show. The google forum mentioned it was under PROGRAMS.

I had to try "uninstall" in Control Panel 5 times, and finally, it did the uninstall.
