2 Op Sys on one computer. Do a search in these forums for that subject. My understanding is that you install 98 first.
My reply is only interim, you should get plenty of inputs for your question.
I have 2 hd's that are partitioned. Main hd has XP home with SP2. The other has various data. I have a wonderful TV tuner that has worked flawlessly with Win98SE. I d/l the XP update from ATI for this tuner and miraculously got it to work once. BUT XP crashed on me and yes it happens, and have a heck of a time reinstalling this program again...for months. Finally, it dawned upon me to install win98se on the other hd and try my luck there..it was originally made for win98se and still have the cd for it. My problem is, can I have 2 OS's on different hd's where one is XP Fat 32 and the other win98se, fat32. I realize only one can be my primary drive...naturally it would be XP, but then doesn't win98se have to be a primary also...at the least on another hd in the same computer...and would each OS have its own registry? Thanks for listening..or should I say reading:)
