another print reporter a few years ago who took a "ride" with top gun. His article was about the same as shown here. The funny part I remember most was the pilot's recommendation of what he should eat for breakfast before the flight - bananas. The reporter asked if that was because the bananas had lots of potassium for muscles and all that nutritional stuff. No, the pilot said, they are the only thing that tastes about the same coming back up as going down the first time.
