2 computers made into 1?

So I have 2 old computers laying around, a Dell inspiron 530S and a Dell optiplex GX620. I was wondering is I could take both of them and make one good ish computer. They both have windows 7 if you have any questions about the two models ask away and I will answer to the best of my ability, thank you for your help : )
