2 AMD Athlon 64s, are these any good?

I'm buying a new PC this week.
I will be using it for HDPC and video/audio editing.
Its going to run 24/7.

Are any of these two to recommend
GX5050 Gaming Tower
AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 2.4GHz Processor, 512GB RAM, 200GB Hard Drive, 16X DVD+/-RW and 16X DVD Drives, Windows XP Professional

XPC G5 9570 Gaming System
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor, 1GB RAM, 200GB Hard Drive, 16X DVD+/-RW Drive, Windows XP Home Edition

How do I know what kind of DVI the graphics card supports?

Need help fast!

If you a are going to be running 24/7 I would stay away from from the 2nd one since it is a mini case thay can run hot and the is NO room for upgrading in this case. Check the nvdia site for info. John

The GX5050

I would use the Compaq X Gaming PC. It comes with the Coolwavemaster case and the 3800 has 1MB L2 Cache compared to the 3500. The gaming pc also comes with two drives. Well, it's your choice
