1996 jeep chero that won't start when it get under 20 degre

when it gets under 20 degrees it won't start need some ideas on how to fix it
i have done a few things last year and thought i had fixed it but it got above 20 degrees and it ran all year but just got cold again and now it won't start
put new coil and pick up coil in and a crank position sensor last year

20 degree no start

Try checking plug wires, Fuel injection systems dump a lot of fuel when cranking engine to start, With out proper spark it will foul plugs

my suggestion is buying a new one is better than fixing the problem
