Question

1995 jeep grand Cherokee limited edition

Mar 12, 2017 10:33PM PDT

I am a newly divorced female trying to fix my 1995 jeep grand Cherokee I have been reading a lot of forums and am lost at this point I had to put a new battery in it so everyone kept telling me cause there was an alarm I had to put the key in drivers side door to reset alarm so far after reading all these forums I have tried hitting the negative post on the battery 3 times I've tried the locks to reset the alarm I've hit the bottom of the fuel pump to see if there was pressure the hood where the fuel comes out the valve does come out of there I have checked all the spark plugs I have put new ones in where they needed to be under the hood and the side panel of the passenger side I found out that there is no code reader in a 95 it did not come out till 99 so now what it is doing it's some house shorting out the transmission slash ECU fuse underneath the hood
