My old laptop with it's Core2Duo and Intel 4500MHD video streamed great to my 1080p HDTV so to claim it's the CPU is a stretch.
But about the hd pvr 2. It should have some specs so let's share those here.

PS. what about what another member found at http://forums.cnet.com/7723-19687_102-642048/need-help-buying-a-laptop/?tag=rb_content;contentMain
The ugly thing is your budget is even lower!
I'm looking for a laptop that'll allow me mostly to record console gameplay with my hd pvr 2, live stream console gameplay using software like obs and streaming to twitch and if possible and only if possible lightly game on lowest settings (Doesn't bother me) mostly on older games.
I've read up that a cpu is most important when it comes to streaming, I'm not sure if the same can be said for recording with the hd pvr 2 capture card.
I would like to edit my footage and I know a graphics card makes video editing much quicker, but I've only managed to find one laptop with a dedicated graphics card in my price range so far. I'm put off of it because it's a hp laptop.
I was hoping for some suggestions of laptops that meet my needs and won't be of bad quality.
Thank you in advance.
