the blu ray dvd player gets stuck on load. It will not go past blue bubble screen. Read out will stay on load. It will go to close, but freeze there.

samsung ignored my initial inquiries, but finally offered $85 shipping and repair. i did not feel player worth the follow up.

now i want to know what part failed.
see reference # 4112150175.

a samsung ambassador should be able to get a better response than i did to a common problem.

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
