WE PURCHASED A 60 INCH 4K HD SAMSUNG TV FROM BEST BUY A LITTLE OVER 2 YEARS AGO. ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO WE STARTED HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE PICTURE. THE PICTURE WOULD GET REALLY BRIGHT ALL OF A SUDDEN AND YOU COULD NOT CHANGE ANYTHING VIA THE MENU. AFTER THAT THE PICTURE WOULD FLUCTUATE AND FINALLY WE ENDED UP WITH TWO BLACK SECTIONS 10 3/4" ON TOP AND BOTTOM OF SCREEN WITH A NORMAL PICTURE IN THE MIDDLE. WE TOOK IT TO A TV REPAIR AND THE SAID THAT THE PANEL WAS BAD AND IT WOULD COST MORE FOR IT THAN I PAID FOR THE TV.
1200.00 DOLLARS FOR A TV THAT LAST 2 YEARS IS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS GEETING WHEN I PURCHASED
THIS NAME BRAND TV.
I CALLED SAMSUNG AND WAS TOLD BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. THAT THERE WASN'T ANYTHING HE COULD DO BECAUSE THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY HAD EXPIRED.
IF THIS IS THE KIND OF QUALITY THAT THIS COMPANY
SELLS, I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SAMSUNG ANYTHING, AND ANYONE THAT I EVER TALK TOO I WILL ADVISE THEM TO DO THE SAME.
