WHITE MARSH, Md. -- Dozens of vehicles crashed Saturday in separate accidents on Interstate 95 as a storm blew through a Baltimore suburb, injuring at least 49 people and forcing authorities to shut down the highway....A witness told WBAL-TV that he saw at least 90 crashed vehicles. State Police tell WBAL News that 11 separate accidents involving 86 vehicles began jamming northbound and southbound 95 shortly after 4:30 Saturday afternoon. Troopers say that a tractor-trailer going southbound on 95 went out of control and crossed the median into the northbound lanes to start the trouble.

The accidents were stretched out over 11 miles of both sides of 95, and reports from the scene said that at least two tractor-trailers had overturned. Television news helicopter pictures showed at least one tractor trailer crushed the rear of a car, and in another case, a sport-utility vehicle rolled upon the trunk of a car in front of the SUV.

State Police say that 18 persons were known to have been injured. That number could rise. One fire and rescue company member reportedly helped treat 22 persons who were on a bus involved in one of the collisions. ....

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
