YES YOU BOUGHT A GEM

I just bought your big brother the 72HM195 and they are the same set except for the picture size. Anyway you have 2 H.D.M.I inputs that will work fine for 1080P. I run my d.v.d. player and dish 811 hi-def sat system using the d.v.i. output thru a d.v.i. switcher and then a d.v.i. to h.d.m.i cable to the t.v. > This way when d.v.d. plue ray comes out I can run h.d.m.i. from the player to the t.v. I also found that using your h.d.m.i. inputs gives you a much better picture than componit cables will. I also saw a demo at Frys they had your Toshiba hooked up to a hard drive that fed a pure 1080P signal and the picture was beyond belief So d.v.d. blue ray should look the same. now my burning question is how do you like your set? and how do you have it hooked up. Just click on my name and you may e.mail me or reply have a nice day stewart nottie

Just checked Toshiba website and got information on your 56HM195 It does have a Ieee1394 input which is a firewire input and like my set it claimes 1080P. So I guess we will be first in line for the new Blue ray players Iam going to check more on this tomorrow good luck stewart
