100% CPU usage for no reasons

Hi guys!
Recently, when playing a game, my CPU usage usually goes to ~90-100% for 1-2 minutes and then back to normal without any reasons at all. I've tried many things: scanning viruses, disable superfetch, set TimeBroker to 4 but nothing seems helpful. Does any one know how to fix this?
Here's my spec
i7 7500U 2.7ghz
16gb ram
940mx

(the cpu usage is actually 100%, but when I tab out, it drops immediately)
