Tablets can be a great investment for those looking for a device that can accomplish a variety of tasks. Whether you use one for school, work, or personal purposes, it's no doubt that a good tablet is a useful tool for many reasons. If you're looking for an iPad Pro M2in particular, we've found some deals worth checking out. The upgraded iPad Pro for 2022, released last fall, has started seeing a few discounts now that it's been on the market for several months -- and we're rounding up the best places to buy one below.

Design-wise, the new iPad Pro looks almost identical to its predecessor, but it does get an internal spec bump this year with the addition of the M2 chip and Wi-Fi 6E. According to Apple, CPU performance is improved by 15% compared to the M1 chip, with 35% better graphics performance. The iPad Pro M2 also offers a new hover experience with Apple's Pencil 2, with the device now being detected up to 12mm above the display.

Best iPad Pro M2 deals

The entry-level iPad Pro M2 is discounted to $759 at Amazon right now, which is $40 off. Other configurations have as much as $50 off. On the 12.9-inch side, prices start at $1,070, a $29 price break.

B&H is matching Amazon's pricing for the most part, offering a direct price drop of $30 the 11-inch iPad Pro M2 and similar savings on the larger, 12.9-inch variant. It also offers a neat way to save on sales tax with its own-brand B&H Payboo credit card, which gives you the tax back as cash back. On a purchase as large as an iPad Pro, that could be a decent chunk of change depending on where you live.

Go straight to the source for your iPad Pro M2 where you can choose the exact configuration you want and even get it engraved for free. Apple isn't discounting the device, but you can pay in installments if that suits your budget better and get 3% cash-back if you pay using your Apple Card.

Though there are no direct price drops right now, order the iPad Pro M2 at Best Buy and you'll score four months of Apple News Plus and Apple Music, as well as three months of Apple TV Plus for free if you are new or returning to those services. That's a $95 value all told.

The latest iPad Pro is available to order at Target, though all variants are currently at their full retail prices. Target RedCard holders can, however, save 5% on the device which equates to $40 off the entry-level device and as much as $90 off higher-spec models.

Adorama doesn't have a direct price drop on the iPad Pro M2 right now, but its Adorama Rewards program is free to sign up for and allows you to earn points to redeem as credit against future purchases.

In need of a cellular iPad Pro? You can nab one with a $100 direct discount, plus as much as $180 off when you trade in your old device at Verizon. Devices as old as the fifth-gen iPad and third-gen iPad Mini are eligible for that discount, in addition to a bunch of Microsoft Surface devices and Samsung tablets. Both savings are applied as bill credits over 36 months.
