While we might be a little over zombie films, we're still holding a torch for indie productions, and the Australian horror flick Wyrmwood is certainly tickling our fancy.
In fact, after the travesty that was the World War Z trailer (let's just pray for development hell there), Wyrmwood's particularly Aussie sensibilities were a welcome relief. Plus, it's just a slick-looking bit of film!
Check out the trailer below, and, if you're keen, jump on the Wyrmwood Indiegogo page and pledge some cash. At the time of writing, the production was at just over AU$19,000 of its AU$20,000 goal with 84 days to go — which suggests that more than a few people are keen on seeing this get made.
