Digital video recording service company TiVo dismissed Arthur Andersen as its auditor and hired KPMG for its fiscal year ending January 31, 2003, according to a filing with the with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In the filing, TiVo said that over the last two fiscal years through May 9, the date the Form 8-K was reported, there were no disagreements with Arthur Andersen on any accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
