Liberate Technologies signed a
licensing agreement with Cox Communications to enable Cox to deliver
interactive television services to its customers. Cox plans initial
deployment of interactive television services using Liberate software by
mid-2000. Liberate said it expects additional deployments to follow the
initial launch of the service.
