iDot has relaunched its Web site, which the company said offers faster and easier purchasing, and a new order tracking service, among other features. The new iMember program allows customers to see past purchase history, saved quotes on new systems, and the status of new orders, even to the level of tracking what city the PC is travelling through to get to the customer's location.
