Update at 6:45 p.m. PDT: It looks like I finally stumped most of you with today's Picture of the Day challenge. It's true--eight people did get the right answer--but not many even responded. I guess the Old City Hall in Richmond, Va., is not something most of you recognize. Well, come back tomorrow, and hopefully the picture of the day will be more familiar.
This Europe-reminiscent building is definitely not inspired by modern architecture like the National Air and Space Museum. It is a bit older than that.

Also, I've turned off comments because some people have been posting the correct answers there. I hate to shut down discussion, but I want you to figure out the answer on your own.
One caveat: no individual can win more than two prizes. But at the end of the trip, I'll draw a name from among all the daily challenge winners and give out something a little more substantial.
