Millennium Falcon becomes a delicious pumpkin-spiced treat

Everything tastes better with pumpkin spice...even Han Solo's spaceship. The fastest hunk of junk is also a delicious Star Wars dessert.

This ice cream Millennium Falcon can do the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs. Unless it melts first.

This holiday season, bring a bit of Star Wars to the table with this easy to make pumpkin-spiced Star Wars Millennium Falcon ice cream dessert.

All you need to make this Star Wars dessert is heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, gingersnaps and a large Millennium Falcon silicone mold.

Whip up all the ingredients except for the cookies, pour into the Millennium Falcon silicone mold, and place in the freezer.

After an hour, press crushed cookies on top of the soft molded ice cream, and put back in the freezer until it sets.

This geektastic dessert was created by food blogger Jenn Fujikawa, who whips up sci-fi inspired recipes on her website, JustJenn Recipes.
