As another branch of the Hieroglyphics hip-hop tree, Opio is the latest to sprout a solo project. The Souls of Mischief member glides his distinct vocal delivery over blossoming homegrown beats. Although his sonic seed was planted years ago, it continues to grow as a refreshing new sound, helping to further diversify Oakland's musical landscape.
