The world went wild on Wednesday with nostalgia for a future that was dreamed up by a movie made nearly 30 years ago.
Not only is plenty of technology in "Back to the Future: Part II" commonplace today, but brands even created products just for the mania surrounding October 21, 2015 -- the day Marty McFly travels to the future. Pepsi, Nike, USA Today and Lyft were among the many brands squeezing every last gigawatt of marketing power from the celebrated day:
