Maggie from 'The Walking Dead' got pulled over covered in guts

On "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Lauren Cohan tells how a cop pulled her over while she was elbow deep in zombie guts after filming, and actually hit on her.

One of the downfalls of being a star on the hit zombie TV series "The Walking Dead" is that you frequently have to drive around covered in blood and guts. And when you're driving a bit too fast trying to get home after a long day of shooting, it can make for an interesting tale when you get pulled over by the cops.

On Wednesday's episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie on the show, tells the tale of a time when she was driving home covered up to her elbows in zombie guts, and saw the dreaded flashing police lights behind her.

When the cop approached, she carefully propped up the script he would know she was an actress and not some serial killer fresh from a kill. Fortunately for Cohan, the officer caught on, and even tried to ask Cohan if she was single since she didn't have a ring on her finger.

Sadly, it sounds like the cop was barking up the wrong tree, as Cohan told Kimmel she wished he would have just given her a ticket instead of trying to ask her out. Check out Cohan's entire Kimmel interview in the video at the top of this post.
