Remember the first time you saw any of the Star Wars films as a kid? I don't know about you, but I jumped up and down, ran around the house and screamed with excitement when I saw my first Star Wars toy commercial, and I hadn't even seen the movies yet. All I knew was that I was very pro-Wookiee, even when I was just a wee lass.
Her unbridled enthusiasm is infectious. She hops up and down, grins ear to ear, squeals with delight and points at the screen every time she spots something she likes. Watching her go completely berserk over BB-8 is the cutest thing ever.
She even repeats some of the dialogue with the happiest of whispers. And her pronunciation of the Millennium Falcon is downright delightful.
This isn't the first time we've seen kids go crazy over "The Force Awakens," but this video, posted December 17, is one of the best videos documenting what happens when the next generation of Star Wars fans shows their love for the droids, Jedi, Stormtroopers and other characters that will shape their connection to sci-fi during their childhoods.
No matter what you thought of the new Star Wars film, it's hard to be a grumpy fan when you see how stories from a galaxy far, far away affect youngsters in such a positive way.
