Liberate expands management team

Liberate Technologies, a developer of interactive TV software and services for cable and satellite TV networks, announced Monday two additions to its senior management team. Former Microsoft TV general manager Colin Dixon joins Liberate as vice president of applications and content. Jennifer Graham has been promoted from the director of corporate communications to vice president of marketing communications. Liberate has been making changes to its management ranks over the last week. On Thursday, the San Carlos, Calif.-based company announced that Chief Executive Mitchell Kertzman replaced David Roux as chairman of the board and President Coleman Sisson was joining the board of directors.
