When the Jawas captured R2-D2 in the opening scenes of "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope," little Artoo didn't put up much of a fight. But what if he had?
That's the premise of this animated Lego short out from YouTube filmmakers Brotherhood Workshop Monday. It arms the feisty little droid with blasters and explosives so he can teach those Jawas a lesson. Oh yeah, and he can fly around, because Artoo is really a badass who can do pretty much whatever his beeping little heart desires. Blow up a Sandcrawler? No problem for Artoo. We just hope C-3PO wasn't in there when the thing blew.
You'd be wise not to mess with this version of Artoo, as Obi-Wan Kenobi quickly learns. After Kenobi tells Artoo that he has issues, R2-D2 gives Kenobi the blaster treatment as well.
