Don't like the two-party system? No problem. You can vote for Jon Snow or Cersei Lannister instead.

I voted for Snow/Mormont.

HBO

Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, Cersei Lannister and Petyr Baelish don't technically qualify for the US presidency, but that isn't stopping HBO from proposing a GOT ("Game of Thrones") party as a third party during the American election year.

At the website TheGOTParty.com, fans of the hit TV show can vote for their favorite leader in a fake primary election.

HBO chose to narrow the massive character list down to four leading contenders. Each candidate has a platform. For example, Daenerys' platform rests on freedom for the known world, rebuilding the dragon population and female empowerment. Cersei is all for bailing out the Iron Bank, separation of church and crown and trial by combat.

Jon Snow may well have the most compelling platform. "He will lead our divided nation to victory through the long night against an army of the dead," reads his candidate bio. Even better, his VP choice is Lyanna Mormont, the 10-year-old badass leader of House Mormont of Bear Island. Wait. Why can't we just vote for Lyanna in the first place? She would totally win this fake GOT-party election.

If you really want to get into it, you can download an election kit filled with print-it-yourself bumper stickers, yard signs and T-shirt designs.

The GOT site is mainly a promotional tool to encourage fans to buy "Game of Thrones" season 6. It also offers some interesting insight into who fans would like to see sit on the Iron Throne by the time the series wraps up. HBO will announce the winner of the primary on September 1.

Right now, Jon Snow is in the lead with 51 percent of the vote. Daenerys comes in next with 33 percent. Cersei is bombing in the polls at a mere 2.8 percent. The scheming Petyr Baelish comes out with a surprisingly strong 15 percent. Yes, the numbers don't quite add up. Must be one of Littlefinger's schemes.
