Steve Wozniak's pop culture and technology expo Silicon Valley Comic Con, set for March, has announced its lineup of sci-fi actors and technology icons.
The new convention will bring together celebrities, artists, comic creators, cosplayers, game developers and tech giants to the San Jose Convention Center from March 18 to 20.
Jeremy Renner ("The Avengers"), Nathan Fillion ("Castle"), Alan Tudyk ("Con Man"), Sean Astin ("Lord of the Rings") and Ray Park ("X-Men") will join previously announced guests Stan Lee (Marvel Comics founder), William Shatner ("Star Trek") and Christopher Lloyd ("Back to the Future").
Also scheduled to attend the event are Astro Teller (head of X Labs, formerly known as Google X) and Danielle Teller (doctor, professor, and author), Andy Weir ("The Martian" author), Tim Miller ("Deadpool" director) and Adam Savage ("MythBusters" host).
Comic artists Bret Blevins, Olivia De Berdinis, Mick Gray, Scott Koblish, Bob Layton and Liam Sharpe will also be attending.
Madame Tussauds will bring lifelike wax figures of Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Albert Einstein, Shatner, Henry Ford, Jim Parsons and Marvel superheroes Captain America and Hawkeye. Here's hoping wax figures of Yoda and Grumpy Cat will be there too.
