A few readers have written in recently requesting that I review less mainstream monitors and more off-brands. I guess when price is your ultimate concern and you need a monitor yesterday, it's nice to know what your options are beyond all the Samsungs and Dells of the world.
Off-brand monitors are a viable option, but only if you absolutely cannot afford a more mainstream brand. In my opinion, you're better off paying more for quality (and usually better warranties).
Mag Innovision isn't a huge name in monitor circles, so it may be surprising that I've now reviewed its new 24-inch LED-backlit offering.
