Han Solo learns a painful lesson about Wookiees in this Lego short

We learned early on in the original "Star Wars" trilogy that you should always let the Wookiee win, but we never really found out why. Here's how Han Solo learned that painful lesson firsthand.

Even though Chewbacca is a lovable, furry Wookiee, it's good to remember that if you get on his bad side, Chewie can also be deadly.

That's the lesson of this new animated Lego clip called "Let the Wookiee Win" from the YouTube filmmakers known as Brotherhood Workshop. The film, released Monday, tells the tale of the time Han Solo beat Chewie at a game of Dejarik. After suffering a defeat at the hands of the scruffy-looking nerf herder, an enraged Chewbacca rips Han Solo's arms off and uses them to beat Solo senseless. After the flashback to that event, Han -- with both arms firmly attached, I might add -- warns R2-D2 and C-3PO to let the Wookiee win.

This time, however, Artoo doesn't heed Solo's warning, and instead of letting Chewie have his moment of victory, takes a stand against the Wookiee. How will the clash between Artoo and Chewie end? Watch the Lego animated short above to find out.
