As the Season 5 premiere of "Game of Thrones" beamed out to more than 170 countries yesterday, the world was once again struck down by Westeros fever (and we're not talking about the kind you catch from Fever River sailing north through the Neck).

But for those who aren't up to date on the first four seasons of one of the world's most popular TV shows, one fan has compiled a handy video to catch you up on all the deaths in the first four seasons.

And because George R.R. Martin's epic series already has enough blood and gore as it is, every gruesome death has been rendered in adorable, cartoonish detail.

The animation is a tribute to the "="" video"="" shortcode="link" asset-type="article" uuid="82903855-8720-11e3-9955-14feb5ca9861" slug="metro-trains-psa-details-dumb-ways-to-die" link-text="" section="news" title="Metro Trains PSA details dumb ways to die" edition="us" data-key="link_bulk_key" api="{"id":null,"slug":null,"contentType":null,"edition":"us","topic":{},"metaData":{}}"> created as a public safety announcement for Metro Trains in the Australian state of Victoria. That video, which is worth a watch in its own right, quickly went viral and has been viewed more than 100 million times to date.

We don't want to spoil you on the "Game of Thrones" version (though goodness knows you've had enough time to catch up on the early seasons by now) so we won't go into too much detail, but it certainly is a fitting tribute to the show. And for those who can't get enough -- the creator has also created a series of animated GIFs of the best deaths.

If you're the kind of person who doesn't know their Daenerys from their Drogon, and who couldn't care less, the video is pure entertainment. But if you haven't caught up on Seasons 1 through 4, be warned: spoilers ahead!
