See what's happening in the CNET Labs this week, as we test Microsoft's Wireless Racing Wheel for Xbox and the iPad's new split keyboard, and take a look at the latest superslim ultrabook laptops.
Want to see the testing videos from this week's show? We've embedded the raw video below, but of course you'll have to watch the show to see them in context with our live commentary and explanations.
The first is a test of the new Microsoft Xbox Wireless Racing Wheel versus a traditional Xbox gamepad. Both testers used each controller for one round (in Forza 4) and the scores were averaged. The final result was an average 6:31.5 race time for the Wireless Wheel and a 6:31 race time for the gamepad, which we'd call a statistical dead heat.
The second video is of a typing speed test using the iOS 5 split keyboard. Both Joe and Scott used each keyboard in a stopwatch test, inputting a set block of text. The full iPad keyboard average time was 21.3 seconds, while the split keyboard's average time was 28.8 seconds.
