Blinkx delivers legendary university speeches

The search Web site offers video from a host of top-tier universities.

Blinkx was set to announce on Tuesday that it is making available on its search Web site video from more than 18 top-tier universities including Princeton, Harvard, Columbia and Cambridge. The video, which will be accessible for free, includes speeches by Bill Clinton, Thomas Friedman, Nobel Peace Prize winners and others who have been captured on film at the universities.

Blinkx offers video and podcast search services as well as software for searching data on desktops and the Web using contextual search technology, rather than keywords like other search engines.
