While candid photos and video keep leaking from the set of "Star Wars: Episode VII" -- both by humans and drones -- director J.J. Abrams has been tweeting some of the best photos and footage himself.
Leave it to Abrams to show off the Millennium Falcon from "Star Wars: Episode VII" in the best way possible -- in a video titled "Hunka Junk" via his Twitter account.
But at the very end, clinging to the underside of the Falcon's hull, there's a special nod -- or perhaps more of a direct response -- to "Batman vs. Superman" director Zack Snyder's latest glimpse at the new Batmobile.
For fans keeping track of sneak peeks into "Star Wars: Episode VII," so far Abrams has tweeted hints of an appearance of a well-known wall interior, a mysterious cyborg hand, a Dejarik hologame table, an X-wing fighter, filming in IMAX, and of course, the very first photo from the "Star Wars: Episode VII" set.
While "Batman vs. Superman" debuts on March 25, 2016, "Star Wars" fans don't have to be as patient. "Star Wars: Episode VII" is set to premiere in theaters on December 18, 2015.
