'Batkid Begins' trailer will totally tug at your heartstrings

Warner Bros. Pictures releases a trailer for "Batkid Begins," the touching tale of how a 5-year-old battling leukemia got to be Batman for a day in San Francisco.

Get ready to have all the feels. Warner Bros. Pictures released the official trailer Thursday for its upcoming that shows how tens of thousands of people were able to come together to grant a 5-year-old leukemia patient's wish to become Batman for a day.

That day was November 15, 2013, and it brought 25,000 people to a Gotham-ized San Francisco to witness and cheer on Miles Scott as he nabbed Riddler and saved a damsel in distress.

It was a much bigger show than the San Francisco Make-A-Wish Foundation typically puts on, prompting Executive Director Patricia Wilson to scramble to get everything ready on a massive scale. "Batkid Begins," a documentary, will show what happens when an event goes unintentionally viral, and how worthwhile it is to put a smile on a young boy's face as he tries to get some of his childhood back after fighting a terrible disease.
