Adobe lures Quark customers with rebate

Adobe Systems on Tuesday announced a rebate program for customers switching from the market-leading QuarkXpress publishing program to Adobe's InDesign. Those who own version 3.0 or higher of QuarkXpress can receive a rebate of $300 when they buy the new 2.0 version of InDesign. Adobe has been looking to boost its share of the market for publishing layout and design software with the new InDesign, which includes a version tailored for Apple's Mac OS X operating system.
