Finding what is now as simple as digging into that gym bag for your phone and downloading CoachUp, a free app that connects people with coaches in all types of sports from archery to yoga. Search for someone near you and see results based on experience, price point, and reviews. On the flipside, if you're a private coach, this is a great place to list your services to find new clients. It's easy for runners to hit a plateau and run the same distance in route day in, day out. Challenge yourself to hit a new goal, whether it's just a mile, 5 kilometers, 10, a half marathon or a full marathon with a free app, Personal Running Trainer. Within the app, you can purchase $10 training sessions in the form of an audio file that get you prepared to accomplish your goal.
