[MUSIC] Got a minute? I'll show you how to turn on two factor authentication or two step verification for extra security on your accounts. When you or anyone else who has your password logged into your account the service sends a confirmation post to a second device like your phone. Sometimes this is through a dedicated app or via a text message. And to this code to verify the login. For Microsoft go to accounts.live.com and turn on two step verification. Facebook users can go to settings, security and login, then select use two factor authentication. For Google go to myaccount.google.com and click the signing in link. Choose two step authentication. Apple users can go to the setting tab on IOS tap your name Password and security, then Two-Factor Authentication. Plenty of other sites you use Two-Factor Authentication as well. So make sure you check and you use strong passwords. In San Fransisco, I'm Lexy Savvides, cnet.com for CBS news. [MUSIC]
