The TP-Link Deco M5 Wi-Fi system is reliable coverage
Hi guys, this is the DECO M5, the very first Wi-Fi system from TP-Link.
Now it's quite typical.
It comes in three identical hardware units here.
You take one of them, connect it to your modem.
And then place the other two around some four feet away.
They will link together to seamless Wi-Fi network, and they worked just like that in my testing.
I could easily get some 4000, even 5000 square feet of reliable Wi-Fi coverage.
With a [UNKNOWN] speed of some 100 megabits per second.
Now, keep in mind that this is a dual band system.
You need to have a third band for the job of linking the units together.
And that means devices connected to the satellite unit would have more than 50% slower speed.
Than those connected directly to the router you need then connect to the modem.
Let's go to signal loss but even then, the systems can fasten up to deliver most residential broadband speed.
Now it can connect the units together using network cable and that will eliminate signal loss.
And then it would have assisted WiFi speed of some 400 megabit per second.
Now like most Wi-Fi system, the [UNKNOWN] deal comes with a mobile apps that it easy to use.
You can use it set it up and also manage the whole network.
Now the app has more to offer compared with other Wi-Fi system.
For example, it has web filtering.
You can use it to pause Internet based on schedule or in real time.
It also have [UNKNOWN] but the most interesting feature is the antivirus.
The M5 can protect the entire network from online threats.
The apps allows you to control your home network from anywhere and that's because it's not you who control the home network, it's TP Link.
The M5 system is connected to TP Link at all time.
So whatever you wanna do with the system is semi commence to [UNKNOWN] and [UNKNOWN] relay the command to the system.
So if there's no internet, you cannot make any changes to the system at all.
Another thing is that, for now, the system only works in router mode.
And that means if you have an existing router or a modem router combo box that cannot be replaced, the system would create a network of it's own on top of the existing network.
And that means devices connected to the M5 and those connected to the existing network cannot talk to each other.
Locally, and that's a bummer.
Still though you should get the Deco Empire System only if you intend, and can use it as the only router of your home, and in that case it'll be totally worth the current price of some $300 For three units.
Now it's exactly cheaper than other systems like Google five or the [UNKNOWN].
But it sure has more to offer, and when it comes to Wi-Fi and me, more is always better than less.
That's because I'm [UNKNOWN] and this is the deco five Wi-Fi system from tip your link.
